| 摘 要： | 以黄粉虫为原料,研究了有机溶剂法提取黄粉虫油脂的工艺.对影响萃取率的因素:溶剂的选择、同液比、提取温度及时间等条件进行研究,并做正交试验,确定了获得最大提取率的条件,即:以无水乙醚作提取剂,料液比为1:6,温度40℃,时间为3 h.此条件下,萃取率达31.76%.此外对黄粉虫粗油进行精制,得到透明浅黄色、香味纯正的黄粉虫油.

| Abstract: | The technology on extraction of Tenebrio molitor oil by organic solvent method was investigated in this paper.Some influential factors on extraction ratio were studied.These factors involved the choice of extraction solvent,the ratio of Tenebrio molitor and extraction solvent,temperature and time of extraction.The optimum conditions chosen by orthogonal experiment were as follows: anhydrous ether of extraction solvent,ratio of Tenebrio molitor and extraction solvent of 1: 6,extracting solution heated for 3h... |
