摘    要:梳理了近年来政府部门和电力能源行业针对储能技术推出的主要政策和激励措施。介绍和分析了锂离子电池储能技术在电力能源中的重要作用和应用模式。最后展望了锂离子电池储能技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:The main supporting policies and incentive measures for energy storage technology launched by national government departments and power energy industry in recent years are reviewed.The main functions and application scenarios/modes of lithium-ion battery energy storage in power energy are described and the development direction and trend are prospected.
