摘    要:摘要:多酚类化合物是广泛存在于植物中的一类酚羟基化合物, 具有抗氧化、清除自由基、抑制癌症、降低血糖和血脂、延缓衰老、增强免疫力等功能, 其应用和开发价值很高。由于多酚类物质组成复杂, 结构不稳定, 易氧化, 对其检测技术提出了更高的要求。近年来, 光谱、色谱和质谱法技术不断发展和进步, 使其检测方法更先进、更灵敏、更稳定、更可靠。本研究在检索大量文献基础上, 综述了近年来国内外多酚类化合物检测分析方法, 对目前主要的检测分析技术光谱法(分光光度法、原子吸收光谱法、近红外光谱法)、色谱法(高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法)、质谱法(高效液相色谱-质谱法、气相色谱-质谱法、超高效液相飞行时间质谱法)进行对比, 旨在比较各种检测技术的优劣, 为多酚类化合物检测技术开发提供参考。

Abstract:ABSTRACT: As a kind of phenolic hydroxyl compounds widely found in plants, Their application and development value are very high. because of their multiple functions such as antioxidant, free radical scavenging, cancer inhibition, lowering blood glucose, and blood lipid, delaying aging and enhancing immunity, etc. Due to the complex composition, unstable structure and easy oxidation of polyphenols, higher requirements have been put forward for their detection technology. In recent years, the continuous development and progress of spectroscopy, chromatography and mass spectrometry technology make its detection methods more advanced, more sensitive, more stable and more reliable. In this paper, on the basis of a large number of literature, this study summarized the detection and analysis methods of polyphenols at home and abroad in recent years, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the main analysis technologyf or the detection of polyphenols including spectrometry, (spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, near infrared spectroscopy), chromatography, (high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography) and mass spectrometry (high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, ultra performance liquid chromatography time of flight mass spectrometry), andprovidedsome referencesfordetection technology development of polyphenols.
