This paper introduces a useful line search routing algorithm (SCADLS) which uses a special obstacle-table data structure and the new methods of area expansion of, and dynamic sequencing of point_pair routing.It features high wireability, less memory and short routing time.SCADLS algorithm has been implemented in C language on microcomputer, and used in SCAD BOARD routing system with satisfied results. |
