| 摘 要： | 湖北电网安全稳定运行至2003年之际，正值电力体制改革进入深层次之时，“厂网分开”已拉开序幕，“竞价上网”将逐步展开，电力市场化是不可逆转的趋势，分析湖北电网与电厂现状及其技术难点，研究解决办法，将有助于继续保持湖北电网长期安全稳定运行，维护发电、电网企业及用户的共同利益。

| Abstract: | As Hubei electric network steadily succeeded to the year of 2003,the curtain of the system reform of electricity characterized with separating generation from transmission was raised.Price abiding for access to network will be experienced progressively and the marketing trend of electricity is irreversible.It will be helpful for the safe operation of Hubei network and the protection of common benefits of generators,transmission utilities and end users,to analyze the present state of Hubei network and power plant and technical problems in them,and to investigate resolve measures. |
