燃料电池车副车架结构强度与模态分析

摘    要:某新改型设计的燃料电池车在原型车的基础上做了很大改进,副车架进行了全新的设计.并运用有限元分析软件Hyperworks对副车架进行了有限元建模,分析了副车架结构强度,计算了副车架的模态;强化振动试验验证有限元分析结果,反映了整车可能存在的问题.从理论和实践上为结构的进一步改进提供了有力依据.

Abstract:Great improvements have been made on the design of a certain newly remolded fuel cell vehicle on the basis of its original pattern ; an all new design has been carried out on its subframe. Utilizing finite element analytical software Hyperworks, the finite element modeling of the subframe was carried out, the structural strength of subframe was analyzed and the modality of subframe was calculated. The strengthened vibration test verified the result of finite element analysis and reflected the probably existed problems of the entire vehicle. It provided a strong foundation for further improvement on the structure in essence of theory and practice.
