摘    要:电动汽车变速器多挡化是必然发展趋势.在介绍一款电动汽车用的动力换挡两挡变速器方案和动力总成匹配方案基础上,开发了样机替换原车单挡减速器,并将其搭载到北汽新能源某款纯电动乘用车上.为了评估两挡变速器对整车性能的影响,测试了原车和搭载了两挡变速器样车的动力性,指标包括1km最高车速、0~50km/h加速时间、0~100km/h加速时间、最大爬坡度和坡道起步能力.试验结果显示,在降低电机最高转速的前提下,两挡变速器可提升整车的动力性达10%以上.

Abstract:Multi-speed transmission of electric vehicle is the inevitable dev elopment trend.This paper introduces a power shift two-speed transmission scheme and a power train matching scheme for electric vehicles.A prototype of the two-speed transmission is developed to replace the single-speed transmi ssion of the original vehicle,and it is assembled on a pure electric passenger car of Beijing electric vehicles.In order to evaluate the influence of two-speed transmission on the performance of the vehicle,the dynamic performance of the original vehicle and the sample vehicle with two speed transmission is tested,including the maximum speed of 1km,the acceleration time of 0-50 km/h,the acceleration time of 0-100 km/h,the maximum climbing slope and the starting ability of the ramp.The test results show that under the premise of reducing the maximum speed of the motor,the two-speed transmission can significantly improve the dynamic performance of the vehicle by more than 10%.
