QY-2型减振扣件对列车运行平稳性影响的测试与分析

摘    要:高弹性减振扣件的安装,增加了轨道的弹性,有效降低了振动噪声的传递,同时必然会影响到列车的运行。为了考察QY-2型减振扣件对运营列车平稳性的影响,分别对南京地铁机场线的B型列车经过QY-2型减振扣件和ZX-2型普通扣件轨道结构时的车体振动加速度进行现场测试,分析轨道扣件对列车平稳性的影响,结果表明采用QY-2型减振扣件可有效保证列车的平稳运行,列车在垂向和横向的平稳性指标都达到优。

Measurement and Analysis of the Influence of QY-2 Damper Fastener on Train Running Stability
Abstract:When the high elastic rail fastening install under rail, the track flexibility will be increased. The vibration of rail will be reduced, and the vehicle running behavior will be affected. In order to investigate the influence of QY-2 type fastener on vehicle ride quality, the vehicle’s vibration were tested for QY-2 rail fastening track and ZX-2 rail fastening track in Nanjing subway airport line when the train was traveling through. The influence of rail fastening on vehicle ride quality was analyzed. The results show that QY-2 type fastener can effectively ensure the smooth running of the vehicle, the vertical and lateral ride index are first-class.
