| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种应用于冷轧脱脂处理线上的高压水射流清洗新技术。对高压水射流清洗的打击力、喷嘴的安装布置方式等作了理论分析，并对该技术可能导致的带钢变形问题做了验算。通过该新技术在某钢厂脱脂线实际应用的良好效果，进一步证明了该技术具有高效节能、无污染等优点。

| Abstract: | The new technology of high pressure water jet cleaning technology in degreasing of cold rolled strip line was detaily introduced.Theoretical analysis on beat power of high pressure water jet and setting of nozzle were discussed,and strip deformation for high pressure water jetting was checked.The cleaning effect was significantly enhanced and product quality was greatly improved because of the technology′s successful application,which had a bright future for its high efficiency and kind of environment. |
