摘    要:介绍了一种新型的间歇式电源并网分析与规划辅助决策平台,该平台包含5大功能流程、21项一级功能和68项二级功能,从电源规划、网源协调规划、方案评估到间歇式电源场站在线监测、参数辨识、全过程仿真等方面为间歇式电源并网的各个环节提供分析计算平台。在一定程度上解决了间歇式电源全过程随机波动带来的分析难和规划难的问题,从规划分析的角度解决了规模化开发风能和太阳能等可再生能源的随机性、间歇性对电网带来的安全稳定问题。最后以2020年西北规划电网作为示范应用案例,证明了该决策平台的工程实用潜力和良好的应用效果。

Abstract:This paper presents a new decision support platform for intermittent generation integration analysis and planning. The platform has many analysis functions which are organized into 5 categories with 21 top level functions and 68 lower level ones. It is capable to perform many power system analysis required for intermittent power connection including generation expansion planning, coordinated generation and network planning, plan assessment, on-line monitoring and parameter identification of intermittent generation farms, whole process simulation, etc. It provides an effective platforom for tackling difficult challenges in power system planning and simulation analysis caused by the integration of large scale intermittent power sources, such as wind and PV powers. Finally the platform has been successfully used and demonstrated in planning 2020 Northwest China power grid. The results show its potentials in practical engineering applications.
