电力系统有机外绝缘的发展与展望

摘    要:硅橡胶线路绝缘子在我国的大规模应用大大提高了我国电力系统的外绝缘水平,中国已经成为世界上第一个在特高压交、直流输电系统中以有机外绝缘为主的国家。以硅橡胶复合绝缘子为代表的有机外绝缘是电力系统外绝缘领域多年研究和应用的热点。对线路复合绝缘子运行中的问题进行了分类分析,并分析比较了复合绝缘子与瓷和玻璃绝缘子的市场占有率和竞争力;探讨了复合绝缘子在变电站、换流站应用中具有的明显优势、发展前景和存在问题;分析了有机外绝缘发展中遇到的其他问题和机遇。

Abstract:The large-scale application of silicon rubber (SR) line insulators in China has improved the outdoor insulation level in power systems significantly. China has become the first country in which the organic outdoor insulation dominates UHV AC and DC transmission systems. The organic outdoor insulation is the hot spot in the field of research and application of outdoor insulation in power systems, and SR composite insulator is the representative. In this paper, the operational problems of composite line insulators are classified and analyzed. And the market share and competitiveness of composite insulators are compared with those of porcelain and glass insulators. The obvious advantages, prospect of development and existing problems of the application of composite insulators in substations and converter stations are discussed. Some other problems and opportunities in the development of organic outdoor insulation are analyzed.
