城市创新发展路径基于特色资源、空间结构、主导功能视角

城市发展过于追求速度,忽视了城市自身"资源—结构—功能"(RSF)内在连续性所形成的路径依赖,锁定制约了城市创新发展。将城市发展创新聚焦于城市特色资源,通过社会空间、经济空间和地理空间的资源配置作用于城市的主导产业布局、产业结构和区域社会结构,进而影响城市的经济结构和社会结构。西安城市创新发展案例验证了城市创新发展的RSF路径合理性,对西部其他内陆城市的创新发展具有一定的启发意义。

City Innovation Development Path Analysis Based on the View of Special Resource,Space Structure and Dominant Function

City developmentpays much attention to speed,and ignores inner continuity between its resource,structure and function(RSF),and plunges into path dependence and locked-in.That limits city innovation development.This paper argues that city development focuses on the city special resource to influence the city dominant industry layout,industrial structure and region social structure by the resource allocation in the social,economical and geographical space.Fatherly those affect the city social-economical structure.At last,the innovation development example of Xi’an city supports the reasonable RSF path for city innovation development.It has the inspire meaning for other western inland cities.
