摘    要:基于X射线荧光光谱法测试谷物中多种营养元素,分析谷物类型、粒径、测量时间、基体校正平衡项对检测结果的影响。在优化后的试验条件下,通过检测谷物类标准样品,验证了该方法检测小麦、大米中镁、磷、硫、钾等8种营养元素有较好准确度和精密度,适用于谷物中营养元素的快速测定。

Fast Determination of Multi-Nutrient Elements in Cereals by X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry Based on Quantitative Analysis Without Standards
Abstract:Multi-nutrient elements were determined in cereals, using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry based on quantitative analysis without standards. The influence of cereal type, particle size, measuring time and balance for matrix effect correction was studied. Under optimized experimental conditions, the performance of this method was assessed by comparing analysis results with certified reference materials, showing remarkable accuracy and precision especially for wheat and rice samples, which demonstrated the applicability to fast determination of nutrient elements in cereals.
