纳米碳化硅颗粒强化氧化铝基陶瓷材料机理的研究现状

摘    要:综述和分析了纳米碳化硅颗粒强化氧化铝基陶瓷材料的强韧化机制,认为由沿晶断裂到穿晶断裂的断裂模式的改变不是使复相陶瓷材料强韧化的机制之一,而恰恰是其韧性得不到显著提高的重要原因,并由此提出了有关复相材料新的设计思路。

Abstract:The mechanism of toughening and strengthening of the nano-scale sihcon carbide particle strengthening alumina composite ceramics is described and analyzed from the data of present literatures. It is pointed out that the change of the mode from intergranular fracture to intragranular fracture cannot act as the strengthening mechanism of the ceramic, it is the important reason why the toughness of the ceramic cannot be improved significantly. Based on this, a new design method composite is suggested.
