| 摘 要： | 根据CCD的结构特点,研究分析了YAG脉冲激光对CCD的损伤及其损伤机制,开展了脉冲激光对CCD的软损伤实验,实验验证了光饱和及光饱和串音现象,并提出了光电对抗中可以利用CCD的光饱和串音现象实现干扰对方的光电传感系统的结论。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the structure characteristic of CCD,soft damage of CCD induced by pulse laser and the damage principle were researched,and the soft damage experiment is developed.The light saturation and saturation crosstalk were found in the experiment.A conclusion of disturbing foe's photoelectric sensor system using saturation crosstalk of CCD in military application is achieved. |
