摘    要:基于ANSYS软件,对振动给料机给料槽在激振力交变载荷作用下的疲劳损坏,建立合理的给料槽有限元模型,进行谐响应分析,找出薄弱环节,并对结构提出改进方案,为振动给料机优化设计提供更合理的依据。

Abstract:To identify the cause of fatigue failure of the vibration feeder's discharge chute under the condition of alternate loads caused by exciting force,the paper uses ANSYS software to build finite element model and analyzes harmonic response to find out the weak point of the chute structure,offering a solution to the fatigue failure problem.It provides a basis for the optimal design of vibration feeder.
