应对环境同质化的景观实践

针对时下景观设计中所盛行的"千园一面"的国际风格,提出了景观既不是世界共享的,也不是跨越文化和时空出现的论点。对现代主义那种毫无地域特色、放之四海而皆准的国际风格的单一性和无场所性进行了批判,分析了景观设计不能"无中生有",必须提倡本土的、地域的、场所的设计。只有强调场址对设计的决定作用,并结合现代的设计理念和方法,重新诠释地域特点和文化特征,传承地域生态与历史变迁的景观设计,才是演绎地方特色,抵御环境同质化的重要手段。

Landscape Practice Coping with the Homogenization of Environment

Based on the fact that the international style of "thousands of parks look the same" has becoming prevalent in the contemporary Chinese landscape design, this essay argues that neither the idea of landscape design is shared by the world, nor they can appear across cultures and time. Therefore, landscape design should not create something out of nothing, only landscape design which emphasizes the decisive role of the site, inheriting ecological and historical heritage of the region are the important means to represent local characteristics, to cope with the homogenization of environment.
