球头碗球面加工组合机床设计

摘    要:根据球面形成原理,利用铣刀和工件的两个圆运动,合成球头碗的不完整内球面。采用组合机床,结构简单,调整、维护方便,主轴弹性卡头便于工件装卸。对零件尺寸、形状和位置误差进行了分析。通过对铣刀和主轴电机的变频调速,找出最佳切削参数,实现了内球面的高效率高精度加工。

Abstract:According to the forming principal of spherical surface,inner spherical surface of the spherical hinge is formed utilizing the circular motion of work piece and milling cutter.The combined machine tool has a simple structure,easy to adjust and maintain.The spindle elastic clamping head can be installed and removed conveniently.Analyzing the error of dimensions,shape and position,the measures to eliminate error are raised.The best cutting parameter is found out using the motor speed control of the spindle and milling cutter,realizing high-efficiency and high-accuracy spherical surface processing.
