织物的透湿性及液态水传递研究

摘    要:用自制的湿传递测试装置对织物的湿传递性能进行了研究.通过模拟人体服装穿着的环境状态,在相同湿度、不同温度条件下分别测定了分形涤纶、普通涤纶、分形混纺织物(纯毛和毛65/35比例)的透湿速率;用垂直芯吸实验测定了分形涤纶、普通涤纶、棉布、分形/粘胶织物的液态水传递速率;对测定结果进行了对比.结果表明:在不同温度下分形涤纶都具有较好的透湿能力,在高温环境下,分形涤纶优势稍明显;分形涤纶芯吸能力较棉布稍好,具有较好的导湿、排汗能力.

Abstract:Studied the moisture transfer performance and moisture penetrability of fabric by the self-made device. Measured the moisture penetrability of different fabric, such as fractal fiber, common PET, blend fabric with wool and fractal fiber, in different temperature and same humidity by simulating clothing environmental climate conditions. Investigated the liquid transport capabilities of the fractal fiber fabric, common PET fabric, cotton and woven of the fractal fiber and viscose, by means of wick-absorption experiments. The results showed that the fractal fiber had better moisture transfer performance and the liquid transport capability than others owing to its special fractal structure and perfect perperties on moisture release and water evaporation.
