| 摘 要： | 结合色谱分析计算，分析了如何融合VC 编程灵活，功能强大，运行速度快和MATLAB强大的数学计算功能，并且运行时又不依赖MATLAB环境的方法——MATLAB数学库法，并给出了色谱分析中的一些算法象判峰、计算峰面积、计算基线等，利用MATLAB数学库的算法实现。并在此基础上，开发了一个色谱数据处理系统，在计算上获得了理想的精度，在实际应用中具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | With chromatographic computing,analyzing how to combine programming convenience and great functions of VC ++ with great computing functions of MATLAB and then application can run without MATLAB environment,this paper uses calling math lib of MATLAB directly.Then it gives out some chromatographic computing arithmetic like detecting peak,computing peak area and computing base line etc,and programming by MATLAB math lib.Based on it,we also develop a data process system about chromatographic instrument with our computing method by using C++ and MATLAB,by which we get satisfying precision on.It is very important for practice and application. |
