| 摘 要： | 通过切削试验 ,得出了硬质合金刀具和陶瓷刀具干式车削渗碳淬硬钢 2 0CrMnTi时的刀具耐用度和陶瓷刀具的T v曲线 ,建立了T v经验公式 ,并研究了陶瓷刀具的磨损形貌和磨损机理。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the cutting experiments of dry turning hardened cemented steel 20CrMnTi using carbide cutters and ceramic cutters,the tool lifespan and the curves of T-v are obtained, and the empirical formulas of T-v are established. The cutters' wear microstructure and wear mechanism are investigated. |
