摘    要:介绍E玻璃纤维的气泡来源,并对其生产中的澄清方法及机理进行分析,指出E玻璃澄清的关键技术是将化学澄清与物理澄清方法相结合,并利用熔窑结构的合理设计。

Abstract:The reasons which bring about bubble problem in E-glass fiber and the refining techniques and mechanism in melting process have been analyzed.The authors proposed that the key technique in refining process is the combination of chemical refining and physical refining,as well as reasonable design of the furnace.
