摘    要:通过分析铝合金焊接特点和批量生产性质,进行多种焊接工艺方案的比较.认为采用变极性等离子焊接工艺及支管焊接新技术,可提高焊接效率,保证焊接质量的稳定性,获得良好的经济效益.

Abstract:By analysis of the characteristics of aluminium alloy welding and batch production,various welding process schemes are comprised.Application of variable polarity plasma welding and new technology of tube union can improve the efficiency of welding,guarantee the stability of welding quality and gain good economic benefit.
