摘    要:以一台电动轮用YP110-8、110kW变频调速异步牵引电机为例,建立电机整机的三维数学模型和物理模型,给出相应的基本假设和边界条件。根据流体力学和传热学理论,采用有限体积法对流体场和温度场控制方程进行耦合求解,计算出了电机水冷机座内冷却水的流动情况,电机定、转子的温度场分布。对计算结果进行分析并且与实测结果进行对比。结果表明:采用整机模型对流体场和温度场耦合的算法,可以避免计算局部模型需要利用经验公式加载散热系数和边界条件施加不精确所带来的误差。能够了解电机内冷却水复杂的流动情况,计算电机的温度场更加准确。

Coupling Calculation and Analysis on 3D Temperature Field of Variable-Frequency Adjustable-Speed Asynchronous Motor

Abstract:Taking a YP110-8 110kW variable-frequency adjustable-speed asynchronous motor for electric wheel application as an example,the 3D mathematical and physical models of the complete motor were established,and the corresponding basic assumptions and boundary conditions were given. According to fluid mechanics and heat transfer theories,the finite volume method was adopted to solve the control equations of fluid and temperature fields and calculate the flow condition of cooling water inside water-cooler motor frame and the temperature field distribution of stator and rotor. The calculation results were analyzed and compared with the measured result,and it is shown that this method can avoid deviation caused by heat transfer coefficient loaded through empirical formula and inaccuracies boundary conditions in local model calculation. The complicated flow condition of cooling water in motor frame can be known,so the calculation results of temperature field are more accurate.
