摘    要:在高长径比(H/D=22.2)内环流反应器中,常温常压下,以空气-水-石英砂为物系,研究了表观气速和固体装载量对平均气含率、下降区气含率、上升区固含率、下降区固含率的影响,以及上升区气含率、固含率随轴向高度的分布规律.结果表明:平均气含率、下降区气含率随着表观气速的增加而增加,随ω(固体)增大而下降,ω(固体)≤2.6...

Abstract:The effects of superficial gas velocity and solid loading on average gas holdup,gas holdup in downcomer,solid holdups in riser and downcomer were investigated,and the effects of various position of the riser on the local gas holdup and solid holdup were researched,experimentally,for the system of air-water-quartz sands particles in an internal-loop airlift reactor with the big ratio(H/D=22.2)of height to diameter,under normal temperature and atmosphere.The results showed that average gas holdup in the reactor and gas holdup in downcomer increased with the increasing of gas superficial velocity,decreased with the increasing of fraction of solid particles w(solid);solid holdups in riser and in downcomer had no relation with superficial gas velocity at w(solid)≤2.61%,solid holdup in riser decreased with the increasing of superficial gas velocity at w(solid)2.61%,solid holdup in downcomer increased with the increasing of superficial gas velocity;at a fixed superficial gas velocity,at w(solid)≤5.14% gas holdup in riser and at w(solid)≤2.61%,solid holdup in riser had very uniform distributions along the axial direction,at w(solid)2.61%,solid holdup in riser decreased with the increasing of the axial direction.
