自感知执行器—传感器、执行器集成新概念

摘    要:总结了传感器与执行器集成的两种方式,即结构集成和功能集成,功能集成就是自感知执行器,如果待测信号能从执行器的控制信号中分离出来,理论上讲基于电磁耦合和机电耦合等可逆效应的换能器都可作自感知执行器,重点分析了压电材料作自感知执行器的物理基础,基于应变速度电桥电路制成了压电陶瓷自感知执行器,实验表明能有效抑制悬臂梁的振动。

Abstract:Two integration patterns of sensor and actuator are summarized which are structural integration and functional integration.Functional integration is self-sensing actuator(SSA),where a single element simultaneously functions as both a sensor and an actuator.The transducer based on electromahnetic or electromechanical coupling can be made self-sensing actuator if the sensing signal can be separated from the command signal to the actuator.The possibility of piezoelectric SSA is investigated.A piezoelectric SSA is implemented based on a strain rate bridge circuit and exhibits excellent performance in suppressing the vibration of a cantilever.
