摘 要: | 循环流化床(CFB)锅炉运行温度在850~1050℃之间,这与选择性非催化还原技术(SNCR)反应温度区间基本重合。流化床锅炉NOx排放量在150~300 mg/m3之间,通过采用SNCR技术,NOx排放水平有望低于国家排放标准100 mg/m3。对一台130 t/h流化床锅炉采用SNCR技术时,喷枪布置方式进行了数值计算,探讨了不同喷枪布置方式下还原剂与烟气混合的程度。

Abstract: | The circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB) operates within a specific temperature range from 850℃ to 1050℃,and it is just the temperature window within which the NOx reduction reaction occurs by adopting the selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) technology.NOx emission of CFB is from 150 mg/m3 to 300 mg/m3,which can be controlled below the national standard of 100 mg/m3 by adopting SNCR technology.An application of SNCR was carried out at a 130t/h CFB boiler.The influence of injection arrangement was analyzed to figure out whether the reducing agent can mix with the flue gas well. |
