直流快速断路器灭弧系统的分析

摘    要:当今国外很多快速断路器制造厂商生产的快速断路器的灭弧室结构形式,已从传统的带有磁吹装置的纵缝灭弧室,改为采用不带磁吹装置的栅片式灭弧室或绝缘钢片灭弧室以及螺旋电弧来弧室等,文章对直流快速断路的灭弧系统,各种灭弧室的灭弧原理及设计灭弧系统中的注意事项了介绍。

Abstract:Nowadays at abroad, the structure of arc quenching chamber in D.C. high speed circuit breaker has been changed from traditional longitudinal narrow slot arc quenching chamber with magnetic blow-out unit into grid-plate arc quenching chamber without the unit, or insulated material with steel sheet arc quenching chamber and screwy arc quenching chamber. This paper presents several arc quenching chambers in D.C. high speed circuit breaker, arc querching principles and matters needing attention for designing the arc quenching system.
