惯性圆锥破碎机原理及其在非金属矿的应用研究

摘    要:惯性圆锥破破机是一种具有独特原理的新型节能细碎设备,能实现现物料的选择性破碎,满足“多碎少磨”新工艺的要求,该机不仅破碎比大,产品粒度细而均匀,单位电耗低,而且研磨体耗量低,铁污染小,能破碎任何硬度的脆性物料,十分适用于非金属的破碎,本文简述了惯性圆锥破碎机的工作原理及结构特点,并通过实例证明了该机在非金属矿物加工中的广阔应用前景。

Abstract:Inertia cone crusher is the high-efficiency fine crushing equipment featuring unique principle and structure. It can realize "selective crushing" and meet the needs of "increase crushing and decrease grinding" technological flow shed. It has high reduction ratio, low power consumption and low iron pollution. It is suitable to crushing various kinds of non metallic ores. In this paper, the performance principle and structure of inertia cone crusher are briefly introduced. The examples proved that inertia cone crusher has broad application prospects in non-metallic minerals processing.
