项目总控支持系统中集成工作分解结构建模及其实现

针对大型工程项目集成化管理的需求,提出了一类集成工作分解结构,将大型工程项目中多个管理目标子系统融入到一个统一的框架中,为项目总控支持系统的实现提供底层的支持.在结合考虑实际工程背景给出该结构的E-R模型之后,又详细叙述了该模型在关系数据库中的实现方法和其中的重要环节.考虑到与传统的工作分解结构编码的兼容性,还简述了从模型中按管理目标得到多套WBS编码的流程方法.

Integrated Work Breakdown Structure Modeling and Its Realization in PCSS

Aiming at the demand for the integrated management in massive projects,an integrated work breakdown structure is brought forward, which combines different sub systems into a unified frame in support of the realization of the PCSS(project control surpport system). After putting forward the E R model of this structure with considering of the background of the engineering practice, the method of realizing this model in relation database and the key points during the process are expounded in detail. With the consideration of the compatibility to the traditional WBS numbering, the method to get several WBS numbers from the model by varied conditions is briefly manifested.
