营造具有地域特色的长春市冬季公共空间

笔者针对人们对冬季公共空间环境建设的关注的增加，在分析特殊气候和地域特征的基础上，提出挖掘寒冷地区特有的自然因素（冰、雪），采取具有地域特色的城市规划和环境设计方法，形成具有北方特色的公共空闻设计思想，为寒冷地区城市居民营造出良好的冬季户外活动空间，提高人们冬季的生活质量，从而改变人们对冬天的认识，直至带给人们一种全新的生活方式．
