锈蚀钢框架柱抗震性能试验研究及有限元分析

摘    要:为深入研究锈蚀钢框架柱的抗震性能,通过改变加载制度和轴压比,对6榀相同锈蚀程度的钢框架柱进行了低周往复加载试验,观察其受力过程和破坏形态,分析了不同加载制度和轴压比对锈蚀钢框架柱的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、强度和刚度退化、耗能能力等抗震性能的影响。并采用通用软件ABAQUS对试验框架柱进行了非线性有限元分析。结果表明:有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合较好,试件均发生延性较好的破坏,其滞回曲线也较为饱满,表现出良好的耗能能力和延性;加载路径对试件的塑性发展与耗能能力有较大影响;随着轴压比的增大,试件极限承载力和耗能能力降低,强度和刚度退化加快。

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH AND FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS ON ASEISMIC BEHAVIORS OF CORRODED STEEL FRAME COLUMNS

Abstract:In order to further study the aseismic behaviors of corroded steel frame columns, considering different loading histories and axial compression ratios, the low cyclic loading tests for 6 steel frame column specimens of identical degree corrosion were implemented. The mechanical process and failure pattern of the specimens were observed, and the influence of loading histories and axial compression ratio on aseismic performance of the specimens from the hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, strength and stiffness degradation, energy dissipation perspectives were analyzed. Based on the experiments, nonlinear finite element analyses were conducted on these columns using ABAQUS. The results showed that: the calculation results totally correspond with experimental results; these columns were destroyed with better ductility, and the hysteretic curves were relatively full, indicating good energy dissipation capacity and ductility; loading histories had a greater influence on the development of plastic deformation and energy dissipation capacity of the specimens; with the increase of axial compression ratio, the ultimate bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity decreased, and the degeneration of the strength and stiffness of the specimens aggravated.
