摘    要:利用核/壳乳液聚合的方法,以乙烯基硅氧烷的预聚物为改性剂,以聚乙烯醇为保护腔,对聚醋酸乙烯进行改性.制备出粘结强度高、耐水性能十分优异的改性乳液。实验还考察了反应温度、乳化剂、引发剂、改性单体用量对乳液性能的影响,指出了改性反应的关键控制步骤及反应条件。

Abstract:Polyvinyl acetate emulsion modified by prepolymer of ethenysiloxane is prepared by core/shell polymerization technology, using polyvinyl alcohol as protective colloid. The results show that the modified polyvinyl acetate has excellent water resistance and adhesion strength. The influences of the modifier, the initiator, the emulsification and the reaction temperature of polymerization of vinyl acetate on the emulsion have discussed. The key step and reacting conditions of the polymerization have been showed.
