摘    要:
分析了电解槽总管氯氢压差控制的原理——双闭环比值控制系统。介绍常见故障:(1)正常生产时氯氢压差波动;(2)2台电解槽同时跳车后,氯氢压差低低联锁,单线停车;(3)单槽切出系统时,氯氢压差控制难度大。给出相应治理措施。

Abstract:
The principle of control of pressure difference between hydrogen main pipe and chlorine main pipe in the electrolytic cell is analyzed,i.e.a double closed-loop ratio control system.Common faults are introduced:(1)the difference between hydrogen pressure and chlorine pressure fluctuates during normal production;(2)after two electrolyzers trip at the same time,the pressure difference is low,causing interlock,then one single line stops;(3)when an element cell is separated from the system,the pressure difference is difficult to control.The corresponding control measures are given.
