高应力条件下矿柱群安全开采技术研究

摘    要:大规模矿柱群开采和采空区处理,涉及应力状态分析、合理顺序崩落控制、贫化损失控制、必要的效率及低成本等问题,一直是采矿界的一大难题。课题结合华锡集团铜坑矿高应力条件下矿柱群开采实践,开展了矿山地压活动与规律的分析模拟,基于大量开采的不同类型矿柱回采技术方案设计,应用束状大直径深孔爆破技术,实施一次爆破总装药量32.1 t的矿柱回采爆破工程,实现铜坑矿92#矿体矿柱群的安全高效开采。

Abstract:Large-scale pillar group mining and processing of mined areas is a major problem in mining industry.It includes issues of stress analysis,a reasonable order of caving control,loss and dilution control,the efficiency and cost.This program involves in pillar group mining practice under high-stress condition at Tongkeng mine,China Tin Groups.The study has completed of ground pressure simulation and different types of pillar mining design based on mass mining technology.A large diameter bundle-hole blasting of 32.1t dose has been applied,and the safe and efficient mining of the pillar group of 92# orebady of Tongkeng mine is achieved.
