金山店铁矿低贫化放矿试验研究

摘    要:为了解决金山店铁矿由于采用了改进的大间距结构参数后所带来的矿石贫化率增大的问题,开展了低贫化放矿实验室模拟研究。利用多分间立体放矿模型,分别进行了低贫化放矿方法和现行截止品位放矿方法2种不同的放矿试验;然后对所得结果进行比较,发现在金山店推行低贫化放矿方法完全可行,并推荐采用放矿截止品位为30%的低贫化放矿方案。

Abstract:To solve the problem of the ore dilution rate increasing after adopting  large spacing structural parameter in Jinshandian Iron Mine, an experimental study of low dilution ore drawing in the lab was made.Two different kinds of drawing methods of Low Dilution Ore Drawing and Current Cut-off Ore Drawing were carried out by Multicell Three-dimension Ore Drawing Model.Then, comparing with the results, it is found that this low dilution ore drawing method was completely feasible in Jinshandian Iron Mine and was recommended with the cut-off grade of 30%.
