某铜铁矿尾矿絮凝剂沉降试验研究及应用

摘    要:湖北某铜铁矿选矿新系统投产后,随着磨矿细度提高,尾矿粒度变细,沉降速度变慢,部分微细粒级物料进入生产回水系统,影响选矿指标。本次项目攻关主要是开展絮凝剂小型沉降试验,并根据试验结果找出现场应用最佳絮凝剂添加方案。小型试验结果表明 :矿浆浓度 16%,选用 A345 絮凝剂,最佳用量为 20g/t。在该矿现场生产应用中,分别在选矿尾矿浓密机、充填深锥浓密机中添加 20g/t、24g/L 的 A345 絮凝剂,尾矿浓密机溢流跑浑现象彻底解决,回水清澈达到生产要求,选铜选铁指标得到提升,深锥浓密机底流浓度达到 70%以上,满足充填质量要求,实现了全尾砂充填。

Abstract:After a new copper-iron ore beneficiation system was put into production in Hubei, with the improvement of the grinding fineness, the tailings size became finer and the sedimentation speed became slower. Some fine-grained materials entered the production backwater system, which affected the beneficiation index. The research was mainly to carry out sedimentation tests of flocculants, and to find the best flocculant addition scheme for field application based on the test results. The sedimentation test results showed that the best sedimentation effect could be obtained under the following conditions: slurry concentration of 16%, A345 flocculant dosage of 20g/t. And in the industrial application of A345, the overflow muddy phenomenon was completely solved and the backwater was clear to reach production requirements, and copper and iron selection were improved by adding 20g/t to the beneficiation tailings thickener and 24g/t to the filling deep cone thickening machine. In addition, the underflow concentration of the deep cone thickener reached more than 70% fulfilling the filling quality requirements and achieving full tailings filling.
