| 摘 要： | 在集成DNC概念的基础上，提出一种基于集成DNC的敏捷虚拟企业体系结构，并从敏捷拟企业盟主，集成DNC车间母企业，集成DNC车间3个角度对敏捷虚拟企业的管理模式进行了研究。该模式一方面可解决我国大多数数控车间由于生产任务不饱满而造成的加工中心等昂贵设备利用率不高等问题，另一方面也可解决敏捷虚拟企业盟主在面临市场机遇时的投资建厂等问题。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the concept of integrated DNC(simplified as IDNC) presented by the authors in advance, the architecture of Agile Virtual Enterprise(AVE) is proposed in this paper. The management mode of AVE is discussed from three aspects: the organizer of AVE, the enterprise that the IDNC shop belongs to, and the IDNC. Usually,expensive devices such as machining centers in most numerically controlled shops cannot be made full use because the production task is inadequate. On the other side, some enterprises have difficulties to establish a shop when they find a market opportunity. Both of the above problems can be solved by the management mode of AVE proposed in this paper. |
