涡轮叶轮用铸造高温合金的热等静压处理研究

摘    要:对涡轮叶轮用铸造高温合金进行热等静压处理。结果表明,通过热等静压处理,铸造高温合金的疏松缺陷减少,显微组织均匀细化,合金致密度提高,而且力学性能得到了改善。

Abstract:Hot isostatic pressing treatment (HIP) process was investigated for cast superalloy used in turbine wheels. The results show that through HIP treatment, the defects of cast superalloy are eliminated and microstructure is refined. In the meantime, a compact alloy can be obtained and mechnical properities can be improved.
