电爆炸法制备纳米晶涂层的瞬态温度场分析

摘    要:
基于电爆炸高速喷涂法制备纳米晶涂层的瞬态温度场特性 ,建立了二维温度场计算的简化模型 ,并对温度场进行了有限元数值模拟。得到了 1Cr18Ni9Ti钢涂层在不同时刻的温度场分布 ,并与一维温度场进行了对比分析。结果对于实验有较大的指导意义。

Abstract:
Aimed at the instantaneous temperature field of Nanometer Crystal Coating by Electric Explosion Method, a simple model of two|dimension temperature field for calculation is set up, and the temperature field is numerical simulated with finite element method, from which the distributions of the temperature field of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel in different time were obtained The results have more directive significances to experiments
