| 摘 要： | 聚苯板外墙外保温是建筑工程中应用比较早也比较广泛的一种方法,目前已经形成了比较系统的施工做法.由于该技术对施工水平要求非常严格,所以如果在施工过程存在疏漏,常常造成结露、渗漏等质量隐患.充分认识施工过程中的质量风险因素并采取适当的保证措施无疑将有助于外墙外保温施工质量的控制. |

| Abstract: | External wall exterior thermal-insulation with EPS plate is a kind of method used widely and early in building constructions. At present, systemetic construction methods are already formed for that. However, owing to its strict requests for site working, some condensation troubles caused by careless job are often found consequently. Therefore, it is helpful to recognize the causes of troubles and take proper countermeasures during the site working. |
