观音岩水电站建设项目安全管理体系研究

摘    要:为确保观音岩水电站建设项目的顺利实施,在分析项目施工安全管理效果评价意义的基础上,从其他参与方安全管理满意度、安全管理业务能力、安全管理水平提升情况及安全管理投入情况4个方面,构建了施工安全管理效果评价指标体系。并且基于物元模型,构建了该水电站建设项目施工安全管理效果评价模型。实例验证表明,该模型可行,观音岩水电站建设项目施工安全管理总体管理效果为“很好”级。

Study on safety management system of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station construction
Abstract:To ensure the smooth construction of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station, the index system for evaluating the construction safety management effects is established in terms of the safety management satisfaction degree of other parties in the construction, the professional competence of safety management, the improvement of safety management capability and safety management input, on the basis of analyzing the meaning of safety management effects evaluation. By using the matter-element model, the evaluation model of construction safety management effects of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station is created. The case study shows that the model is feasible. The construction safety management effect of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station is in all-right level.
