跨封头与筒体开设人孔结构的三维有限元分析

摘    要:对跨封头与筒体开设的人孔结构在常规设计的基础上,运用ANSYS软件做了有限元分析,分别给出接管与封头筒体相贯线、相邻接管封头对称面、相邻接管筒体对称面、管子对称面上的应力强度分布曲线,结果表明封头受开孔影响要比筒体严重的多。

Abstract:Based on design by rule,ANSYS software is applied to analyze the structure with a manhole placed on the joint area of head and shell.Stress intensity distributing curves of intersection curve of the nozzle to head and shell,the symmetry surface of head adjacent the nozzle,the symmetry surface of shell adjacent the nozzle,and the symmetry surface of nozzle are drawn,it is showed that the head impaired by the hole is more serious than the shell.
