摘    要:三河发电厂二期工程是国内第1个脱硫装置取消烟气旁路、采用"烟塔合一"新技术的电厂,为自主开发的脱硫核心技术。分析了脱硫装置取消烟气旁路后,对脱硫系统设计和设备运行影响的各种因素,提出了解决对策。在机组启停、事故工况时,锅炉烟气仍将进入吸收塔,经脱硫处理后通过烟塔(冷却塔)排入大气,减少了对大气的污染,同时也杜绝了机组运行中擅自停运脱硫装置的可能,为环保实时监控提供技术保障。

Abstract:Guohua Sanhe Power Plant Phase II Project is the first to cancel gas bypass in FGD and use the new technology of gas tower integration, which is a self-developed FGD core technology. The factors influencing the design and operation of FGD system after canceling the gas bypass were analyzed, based on this, the countermeasures were proposed. During the start-up, shut-down and accident conditions, the flue gas will still enter in the absorber for desulphurization then it is discharged to atmosphere through cooling tower. Thus can reduce the air pollution, prevent the stopping of FGD installation without permission, and provide technical support for the real-time supervising of environment protection.
