| 摘 要： | 为了防止各类事故的发生,根据国家、省电力公司关于认真开展危险点预控工作的要求,宁夏大坝发电有限责任公司制定了<危险点分析预控措施导则>,运行分场又根据厂里的<危险点分析预控措施导则>制定了<危险点分析预控措施细则>和<危险点分析预控措施卡>,并在实际操作中实施.目的是防止误操作、习惯性违章等造成的一系列恶性事故,做到超前控制、超前管理.

| Abstract: | Analyzes the reason of classical accident. According to the demand of state and electric power company, draw up a series of prevention regulations as Dangerous Point Analysis Predictive Control Measures Card ,etc. put forward implementation measures to keep from vicious accident caused by disoperation and habitual operation contrary to its regulations. |
