基于自适应模糊PID的水泥窑分解炉温控系统研究

摘    要:
对非线性大滞后等特殊的系统,存在常规PID控制器控制效果不甚理想的问题,为此针对水泥窑分解炉温度控制系统,提出一种参数自适应模糊PID控制策略,并进行了仿真研究。结果表明:该控制系统响应速度快,调节时间短,控制精度高,控制效果优于传统的PID控制器。

Abstract:
The effect of general PID controller for nonlinear and large delay system is not perfect. A control strategy using parameter adaptive fuzzy PID controller for the temperature control of decomposition furnace in cement kiln was proposed in this paper. The simulation results show that the control system has faster response speed,less modulation time and higher control accuracy. The control effect is better than the conventional PID controller.
