摘    要:针对球磨机运转时中空轴联接螺栓常发生断裂的实际问题,根据线弹性理论,对Φ3×11m磨机的中空轴联接螺栓进行力学分析,研究其应力分布规律,研究表明:联接螺栓在循环的交变应力作用下,强度明显不足,必然会引起断裂。研究结果为改进螺栓提供了理论基础和可靠的依据。

Failure cause analysis on articulation bolt of φ3×11 m mill center empty axis
Abstract:According to linear elastic theory, the paper researches on the regularity of stress about articulation bolt of 3'x 11m mill center empty axis on the basis of mechanics analysis, aimed at dealing with the problem of articulation bolt failure when the mill is working. As shown by the study,being acted by alternating stress,bolt strength is deficiency as leads to failure. The result of study provides a theoretical method and reliable foundation for improving the bolt design.
