摘    要:介绍外径〈Φ3mm的三种规格奥氏体不锈钢管材的涡流检测技术,包括涡流检测系统的设计、配置,以及通过涡流阻抗平面图分析和数据处理,对检测参数、灵敏度、分辨力和端部效应影响区等的研究。解决了外径〈Φ3mm管材涡流检测的难题,为制订此类管材涡流检测标准奠定了基础。

Abstract:A study on eddy current testing of the austenitic stainless steel tubes with diameters smaller than 3mm was described including the design of testing system, the determination of testing parameters, sensitivity, defect resolution and edge effect of the tubes through the analysis of impedance plane diagram and data processing.
