| 摘 要： | 电铸镍是激光全息防伪中的一个重要工序。简要介绍了全息图的拍摄原理和生产工艺，详细论述了电铸镍工艺在激光全息防伪中的应用，并对电铸槽液中各成分的作用进行了分析。最后列举了电铸过程中出现的几种问题，如厚度不匀，硬度不够，应力过大等，并对问题原因进行了剖析，同时提出了相应的解决方案。

| Abstract: | Nickel electroforming is an important procedure of holographic anti counterfeiting. The principle of hologram making as well as the production process is briefly introduecd. The application of nickel electroforming on holographic anti counterfeiting is discussed in detail. The function of components in the electroforming bath is analysed. Finally, some problems such as uneven thickness, insufficient hardness, excessive stress, etc. that easily occur during electroforming are presented and analysed. The corresponding troubleshooting methods are put forward. |
