摘    要:以深海采矿车液压执行系统为研究对象,利用AMESim软件建立仿真模型,模拟深海环境下采矿车越障的典型工况,通过设置主要系统参数,实现深海采矿车液压执行系统的动力学仿真。仿真结果表明,液压执行系统及各液压元件在深海采矿各种越障工况下安全可靠,系统稳定性好。模拟结果可以为深海采矿车液压系统的优化设计及控制提供理论依据。

Modeling and simulation of deep-sea mining vehicle's hydraulic execution system based on AMESim

Abstract:Taken deep-sea mining vehicle’s hydraulic execution system for research object,a simulation model is established using software AMESim,and various extreme obstacle conditions in deep-sea environment are simulated.The dynamics simulation of deep-sea mining vehicle’s hydraulic execution system is obtained through setting main parameters using software AMESim.The result shows that hydraulic execution system and various hydraulic components are reliable in various deep-sea extreme obstacle conditions,and the whole system is stable.The result provides a new way for evaluating performance and optimization design of deep-sea mining vehicle’s hydraulic system.
